I mean really, whats the deal with idiots and their training notebooks? They are only good if you know how to use them and are tracking your workout/diet etc. to make pos. changes. But there are at least 6 guys who walk around with their little notebooks and spend more time writing down their crappy routine than actually training. Honestly, I am no pro bb or anything, but I got a few frinds who are, and none of us need a workout notebook. You can't remember what you did before? Cant figure out what weight to use? C'mon, what a joke.

Heres an example of a guy Id like to watch drop about 400lbs on his face. He is about 40, wears a weight belt for EVERY exercise , regardless of weather he needs it or not, doesnt do even one exercise right, and keeps track of it all in his trusty notebook. Hahahaha. And the kicker is, he always looks around and makes sure everyone is watching before he shows us the worst possible way to do an exercise, also he makes up exercises too. Seen the guy for 2 years and he gets fatter and dumber looking on a monthly basis.

Guess the millions of dollars you have doesn't keep you busy enough.

good one.Its not millions yet, I estimate the total fortune at around $500k cash, give or take.:thumb: Let me guess you keep track of your awesome workouts too.

You are the Cats ass. I will idolize you from now on. If we could only all be as great as you.

Your better, you made a spawn. I have yet to do that cause I ain't ready. You look like a good dad so you can stop being a dick to me . Never attacked you as far as I can remember.

It doesn't matter if you attacked him or not. You earned yourself a bad reputation for being a dick on these boards over the past two years especially with your infamous thread "why do skinny guys love abs".

Hey....puffy, what doing ?! Did you miss me? My skinny guys with abs was the most fun I have ever had online ever. The funny thing is, if anybody cared to actually read what I wrote instead of attacking me right off the bat, it would have been a completely different thread.Anyway, how training< I see your looking a little thicker ... Thats good, it will be sweet when you cut. Bulking sucks for the obvious reasons but its fun when you get to see the outcome.I bulked to 275, it was ridiculous>> can we say fat. Good times. Anyway, my fighting days feel over, too much on the go for bs. Later.

By the way, I wasn't always a dick , when you feel like you are being backed into a corner what do you do? 2 types of people, those who fight and those who don't. I will be the first to admit that I can have a huge attitude, but in my day to day it comes in pretty handy. Plus I still got alot of friends I had since elementary, and would do ANYTHING for a friend regardless of the outcome for me, so I must be doing something right.

I believe it actually "riff raff" but whatever, monkey.

wow...I never read into that skinny guy abs thread or whatever but you guys seem to be just as bad as you say he is...? :hmmm:

People earn reps on here just like they do in the real world.

I'm one of those idiots who keeps a notebook. I didn't realize that it was so upsetting to you. Sorry. I'll try to be more discreet in the future.

If you wanna take your chances remembering an entire 12 week periodized program complete with varying tempos, rep ranges, intensities, and training phase goals be my guest.

Personally ill use the extra space in my brain to think about other things. Like sandwiches.

Yup, I just checked out you pics. Nice work . That journal is really working for you.

And funny enough, I train with one of the top bb's around here and hes not using a journal.....hmmmmm. Interesting, no?

Every guy I see in the gym with a journal spends more time looking at it and scribbling in what weights he used.....man, just f-ing work out. They have all looked the same since I joined 2 years ago. A journal is for ADVANCED bb'ing.
