I've heard this argument before, and it reeks. For two reasons: one, it was a shit hole before the Europeans arrived. Two, there are parts of Africa that a white man has never seen, and those areas (mostly in the Congo) are just as fucked up as the rest of Africa.

I was just recalling the last time I could think of widespread reported cannibalism in something other than a 3rd world country.

There's isolated incidents all the time here, there's whole genres of kink in this country where people allow others to consume their flesh.
