I may start a journal...

Ok little about myself been in the trade forever it seems. 20+ years got serious in 2000. Competed 3 times. Then screwed my knee up and had surgery this past April. Knee is about 80%...training is ok.....never stopped ( it's a drug you know) Training right now is just 3 times a week M-W-F high volume. Mostly maintaining and having a little fun....not counting calories not logging anything etc.
