Easy food for hardgainers

Im 6'1 168 right now with very very low body fat. It seems that 90% of the people here are concerned about gaining fat so they follow diets with minimal fat intake. I was wondering if any other hard gainers like myself have any cheap diet plans that are easy and not designed to keep the fat off, because to be honest i couldnt put any on if i ate 4 tubs of pure pig lard every day. Also, any tips for increasing appetite besides smoking pot? THANKS
 
no need for increasing appetite through sups, it hapens naturaly.
My adivice, drink shit loads of milk. Any milk. Whole milk is a good option. It packs in the cals easily, it doesnt fill u up, and it a tasty way to get in more water.
Atm Im having 12 cups of milk a day, makes getting in enough food and water so much easier.
 
Eat loads of carb dense foods. Pasta, Potatos, Rice.

Get in heaps of good fats from nuts, avocados, oily fish.

How many Cals are you on daily?
If not gaining, Increase by 10% per week.
 
Im getting over 3,000 a day but that consists of usually one fast food meal worth about 1,000..the rest is all fairly healthy stuff like oatmeal and whole milk a lot and random other crap. Nuts are expensive, avacados are like a $1 a piece cant afford those suckers...damn milk is up to $4.50 where i live.
 
Eat more. There is no magic fix. 3000 is not that high, and you mentioned that 1000 was from a fast food meal. The calories from soft drinks and shit foods will do little to support growth.
How much weight are you looking to gain?
What sort of time period do you expect this growth to occur in?

Gaining 1-2lbs a week is about normal.

How bout a home made shake with whey, oats, heavy cream, banannas, peanut butter? you can pack in a lot of cals in that.

If money is tight, then things like rolled oats and brown rice are cheap as hell.

i weigh 168 butt ass naked in the morning before i eat...i weighed 176 two weeks ago before i got sick to my stomach for 5 days, and had to walk through 5 ft deep snow for two miles...so im hoping it will come back fast especially if i squat and bench heavy....how many cals should i get in everyday to gain as much muscle as possible? And i dont understand the whole concept of good cals and bad cals....as long as you're bulking you should be able to eat whatever the hell you want right as long as you have 3 meals that are healthy?
