I have never had a sober cigarette in my life and I don't plan to. Infact, I still hold my breath when I walk by people who are smoking because I just can't stand the smell... Unless I'm drunk.
With that said, I probably have on average about 2-3 cigarettes per week in a social setting.
I started doing this last year after my then most recent arrest because it gave me 10 minutes to chill out, rethink my game plan for the night, collect my thoughts, etc. because before that I was just out of control drinking non-stop.
I don't think it's necessarily become a problem, but is this something I should be worried about down the road?
I mean, there are people in this world who smoke multiple packs per day and live completely healthy lives, can 2-3 per week really hurt me that much?
