i,ve been training now for 7 months solid , i,ve made a few gains all natural .
but now i feel its time for some help .
i,m 18 stone , 5 '11 , carrying too much bf for my liking .
what can i start on as a beginer , some thing not to strong and not too heavy on my liver . that will help me gain some lean muscle and also help ower body fat .

H-drol but i would get another 2 years of training in before messing with the steriods just my opinion:thumb:
 
i understand what your saying , i,ve been training since i was 20 years old on and off , but have layed off it for the last 7 years , i,m 42 now so dont expect to make really good gains , just think i need some help .

whats H-drol ? . whats it good for ?.

hi -- 18 stone = approx 115 kg , around 270/80 pounds i think !!!

just to add , i have taken test cyp before , but i did,nt like the bloating and thats about all i got from it .

At your height and weight, a good strict diet would be the best for both your quests.
 
H-drol is a mild steriod that is like oral turnibol good strength gains and cuts body fat still does require support supps and a pct.

I am running it now at 75mg it takes 2 weeks for the gains to really kick in i am taking Cycle Support for my support supps and i have Post Cycle Support and Lean Xtreme for pct i also have a bottle of Nolva in hand in case of problems:thumb:

i know what you mean , if i could be ripped at 200lbs wow , i think i might look pretty good.
thing is , i do eat fairly clean , try to limit my carbs and eat as little fat as possible , i often wonder if i,m actually eatin enough , but then if i was,nt surely fat would fall off me .
i,m willing to up my cardio , but dont want to sacrifice any muscle gains .
i think i need some mild anabolics for help etc and also think it is my age that is against me .
i,m pretty lean on my legs , arms and shoulders , its my mid section thats carrying to much fat , front and back.
if i could take something to hold and hopefully increase muscle and strength gains , then i would be able to maybe blitz my diet and the cardio machines.
 
Track you actual intake. I guarantee you your diet needs work. I'm not anti-AAS, okay? It's just that you might as well get all you can out of the stuff.
