Iv lifted on and off for 2 years and consistantly for the past 6 months im 18 and Im lifting/cardio five days a week. i have a pretty good diet, and a good workout program. but would like to enhance my gains.
im looking at taking:
any suggestions on something to add? something to remove?
also any recomendations on what i should take pre-workout/post-workout?
any help would be greatly appriciated.
