ok i am going to try and get a thread going here on the lba's. alright here we go lba's are amino acids. your body can break the protien down, and use it much quicker than what you can get from whey. the benefits to aminos are many. most n0 products utilize amino acids to increase pump, and protien uptake by the body. so using aminos as a primary protien source is a great way to build, and lean. if i remember correctly a serving of aminos has like five grams of protien, wich equals i believe ten grams of whey. since your body uses the aminos so quickly you dont get the bloat, gas, and other nasty things like you get from whey based protiens. nice thing in my expierience with the aminos i can keep my protien intake very high, and i am still able to lean out. very nice, and complete protien. hope that helps at least a little bit. i am not an expert on the lba's at all. if you have any questions go ahead, and ask i will do my best to answer them.
