Here is my typical bicep training routine that lasts me about 45 minutes
Is this too much, or is it just right?
(This is all done between 70-80% of my max rep)
Concentration Curls-3 sets of 6
Standing Barbell Curls-3 sets of 6
Seated Dumbbell Curls-3 sets of 6
Barbell Rows-3 sets of 6
Lat Pulldown-3 sets of 6
Standing Barbell Curls-3 sets of 6
