So just recently I've been having a problem keeping it hard with the lady.

or in general even. its been about two months Id say that Ive been noticing it, figured it was just a phase, now Im worried. The lady and I dont have sex or even any kind of stuff below the belt really, so its not been much of a focus, and Ive been waiting it out. was making out with the girl tonight, and was pretty hard, and the pants came off, and it was fkin gone. gotta figure this out.

In the mornings, I dont have a full on erection like I normally would, and even when Im jerkin it, my hard on goes down pretty quickly after I cum or if I stop for a bit, and isnt even all the way a full on one if Im not doing it to porn.

Im nineteen years old, I eat a fairly healthy diet, adequate protein, water, fats, fiber, vitamins. never once in my life have I had a problem with this before, and it seemed to drop out of the clear blue sky. also, strangely, my lower back has been hurting pretty bad lately, around my tailbone specifically.

and of course the lady thinks its her.

I dont know where to begin with this. doctor for a blood panel?

im not SUPER stressed, ive been sleeping fairly normally, and Ive been working out.

I started taking some supps, citrulline malate, bcaa's, creatine ethyl ester and taurine, but I cant imagine its those. timeframe doesnt seem right really.

Im in a caloric deficit, and have been for a couple months.

Ive gone over a couple times obviously, but havent noticed any improvement shortly after those days.

Im pretty concerned so if anybody has advice or knowledge Id deeply appreciate it.

Havent had morning wood at all the last couple times Ive woken up.

Its really frustrating and embarrassing.

I've been through this also. The first time was a one off i expect, but then i started worrying about it, and the problem created itself out of thin air.

But seriously dude, not even morning wood? Ive had weak morning wood the last few weeks but freaking nothing this morning.

Im gonna get the number of a local urologist, though I guess.

How much protein and good fat do you get? And I guess youre not on any gear?

No gear, and at least 150g of protein a day, and idk how much good fat, wish I could say. I supplement in at least 25 grams of SOLID, respectable fats, i.e. sunflower seed butter and fish oil, on top of whatever else I eat, fats from pecans, walnuts, meats.

However, the more you think about it, the worse it will get, IF its psychological. If you dont jerk off for a while and you start getting morning wood, then you know its not physical.

but the morning thing is worrisome. if it was psychological it'd happen when he was asleep n not thinking of it or worrying. drs sometimes will have a guy put tape around his penis to see if he gets nighttime erections to rule out a psychological cause.

I would disagree, being me.

Dont really watch porn all that much, and in fact Id quit (for a month or two, dont remember) up until about two weeks ago, to see if I could still have a full erection.

Gonna passingly ask my mom if my insurance is still good.

Update.

Ive been trying to be less concerned about it, and I think it may be helping.

Had morning wood today, wasnt as long lived as others, but it was solid.

Man this is weird to say.

Also, dropped by the Cub and got a big bag of walnuts, adding in two quarter cups of those bad boys a day. When I mentally checked my diet, I realized I wasnt eating near as much fat as I should be.
