Hi im new and need help / advice

Hi all my names Stewart and im from the UK, basically all my life ive been really skinny and not alot of muscle and im just fed up of it and want to do something about it.

Im 5ft 9in tall and i weigh 135lbs, ive read all the stickies about the balanced diet with all the protein, carbs and fat etc and eating around 5 -6 times a day.

my mate is also a member here i think and he reccomended 2700 calaries a day which is 20x my body weight with 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat.

The only problem is i have never been able to eat alot without feeling very bloated and very sick so normally i will eat small portions. The only problem with that is i will never get the required calaries.

Does anybody have any tips / advice on beating this? Anything would be much appreciated

Best tip I can offer: eat frequently so you don't have to stuff yourself, and ignore the percentages - increase your fats.

FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal, enter your food for a few days, run a report, take the average.

Now add 500 calories a day to that and enjoy your gains.

excellent, ill definetly use that. Also i work a 9 - 5 in an office so any reccommendations as to what foods are best to eat which can be eaten while at work. So basically the cooked stuff is out of the question

well before i used to eat to much crap but my mate got me off that.

Now i will normally have tuna sandwich or tuna and cheese on jacket potato

and a bottle of water or a pint of milk

plus i already hit the spring water dispenser a fair few times a day

fitday for what i eat all day or just dinner time at work, because currently when i get home things get lazy and thats what i need to change.

Just about to drive home so will jump on the fitday as soon as i get back :)

ok i dont know the exact measurements of what ive eaten today but according to fitday its probably just over 2500 cals. Which i know isnt enough but i have only had 3 meals today where i know i need to be aiming at 5 meals at around 500 - 600 caleries each.

This is where i need your help with what to eat and when!

Check out the attached screenshot, i know from looking at that there needs to be more protein and less fats
