do any of those fat burning supplements on the market work? or is it better to have a good diet. i was thinking of getting lipo 6 or animal cut.![]()
I'd personally go with a diet deficit and cardio. Keep your carbs low and reduce your caloric intake 300 to 500 calories.
fish oil is the answer to everything, especcially great fatloss in this case. Its completely natural and has no side effects.
It regulates blood sugar, increases insulin sensitivity so stored fat in cells are released and used for energy, and there are more in terms of fat loss.
i have personally found that i stay leaner on a bulk and cut quicker when i take fishoil
Its completely natural and has no side effects.
Yea.. its like all these ads i see on tv about medications or supplements, i quickly say fish oil because it has the same/better effect on the problem without the side effects...
u would have to be a complete idiot not to take fish oil. its the superior, more effective, and natural cure for eveything.
It thins the blood

"fatburner supplements" alone will do close to nothing for you, however combined with a good diet and work-out program they can be beneficial.
*cough* plus fish oil *cough* *cough*
i have never found fish oil to be beneficial in any way with regard to boy composition. i think you are blowing it up a bit.

God I'm trying here.isnt that a good thing? wouldnt that mean lower blood pressure?
God I'm trying here.
Ok I really want to know two things.
1. How long have you been seriously watching your nutritional intake?
2. How old are you?
ok what does that have to do with anything. IanDaniel said that thinner blood is a side effect of taking fish oil, and I am that wouldnt it be good because that would lower blood pressure because it would have an easier time moving through small areas?
Thin Blood isnt always a positive..... assume u are having surgery, or if your blood pressure is already low. For every action there is a reaction. Gotta look at the full picture.
Now not that this is a significant concern.
Or concerns with mercury content.
Think outside of just text. Reading and learning is great. But application is what matters.

now i dont want to fall in the "omg fish oil is like the best" category around here, but i have to say, every BOTTLE i have read said it contained no mercury, and some research on my end (outside of here) showed that mercury levels could remain safe.. I am on 10 g daily and often eat high mercury fish and (knock on wood) i havent had any issues yet.. then again i havent run my blood lately.. shit that reminds me...
so what do you think?
ps learning that fish oil is a blood thinner was a bit of a downer for me..
