do any of those fat burning supplements on the market work? or is it better to have a good diet. i was thinking of getting lipo 6 or animal cut.:hmmm:

I'd personally go with a diet deficit and cardio. Keep your carbs low and reduce your caloric intake 300 to 500 calories.

Most of the fat burners don't really do much. The usual effects they produce are more energy, jitters, and make you sweat more. If they do actually burn fat they will most likely have some unwanted side effects.

My brother used clen, and felt like his heart was going to pump through his chest. He said that he was actually worried that he was going to have a heart attack. Same with T3 and T4, you can risk doing serious damage to your thyroid, and if these damages occur you may have to rely on prescription drugs to keep it regulated for the rest of your life.

My personal opinion. Try diet and proper exercise before you try a supplement.

If we are pitting good diet vs fat burner then this is no contest. Good diet wins out in ease. That is comparable to hunting dear with gun vs hunting dear with tennis ball.

Good advice above, though I don't know if clen is what the original poster is looking at. Great analogy, zombul. It gave me a good laugh, but I wholeheartedly agree and will use this one later.

Good diet all the way.

I personally think the weight loss products are a complete waste of money, losing weight is never easy and so will not happen the way the products say.

You need to have a healthy balanced diet and do organise a good cardio exercise program that works for you, do this and you will soon start to see your weight drop and keep your wallet full.

This is great advice!

I'm currently taking Yellow Bullets which are an Ephedra based supplement, they are working well in conjunction with a deficit and alot of cardio.

fish oil is the answer to everything, especcially great fatloss in this case. Its completely natural and has no side effects.

It regulates blood sugar, increases insulin sensitivity so stored fat in cells are released and used for energy, and there are more in terms of fat loss.

Yea.. its like all these ads i see on tv about medications or supplements, i quickly say fish oil because it has the same/better effect on the problem without the side effects...

u would have to be a complete idiot not to take fish oil. its the superior, more effective, and natural cure for eveything.

a little over the top.

yeah i wouldnt go THAT far

but it does seem to help me stay leaner on a bulk
and cut quicker

but these things are hard to quantify

the value of fish oil for these purposes is trivial at best
it IS additional calories
but they are justified

"fatburner supplements" alone will do close to nothing for you, however combined with a good diet and work-out program they can be beneficial.

i have never found fish oil to be beneficial in any way with regard to boy composition. i think you are blowing it up a bit.

It is though.

It greatly assists in helping to burn off fat by lowering triglyceride levels and a whole list of other benefits for faster fatloss.

Oh well, looks like they got you too huh?

I got a great real estate investment I want to sell you. No seriously!

I don't usually side with the FDA but I would only snicker a little if they actually came and picked you up for that one!

isnt that a good thing? wouldnt that mean lower blood pressure?
God I'm trying here.

Ok I really want to know two things.
1. How long have you been seriously watching your nutritional intake?
2. How old are you?

Most of these fat burners are stimulants and stims will help the body burn fat but it's far better to be in a calorie deficit. Again when you ask which is better there is no contest.

green tea!!

No one has mentioned Green Tea! It's a great habit to drink as much of it as possible. Helps with Cortisol (stress hormone) and helps to eliminate belly fat. Swap out your coffee for Green tea and try it for 6 to 8 weeks. Message me back and let me know how much fat you've lost. It's a much cheaper option than spending $35.00 on lean extreme and it's better for ya! Cheers, angel77:thumb:

ok what does that have to do with anything. IanDaniel said that thinner blood is a side effect of taking fish oil, and I am that wouldnt it be good because that would lower blood pressure because it would have an easier time moving through small areas?

Thin Blood isnt always a positive..... assume u are having surgery, or if your blood pressure is already low. For every action there is a reaction. Gotta look at the full picture.

Now not that this is a significant concern.

Or concerns with mercury content.

Think outside of just text. Reading and learning is great. But application is what matters.

now i dont want to fall in the "omg fish oil is like the best" category around here, but i have to say, every BOTTLE i have read said it contained no mercury, and some research on my end (outside of here) showed that mercury levels could remain safe.. I am on 10 g daily and often eat high mercury fish and (knock on wood) i havent had any issues yet.. then again i havent run my blood lately.. shit that reminds me...

so what do you think?
ps learning that fish oil is a blood thinner was a bit of a downer for me..

Oh, you probably won't know about the mercury side effects til sometime later, like ten years or so! And I'm pretty sure they can say NO MERCURY if they have some kind of low parts per million.

With that said I'll be with ya cause I love canned tuna and salmon.
