Hello from the old guy.
I'm 47, I don't feel old but at 45 my belly announced to the world, 'you're old'.
Two years ago to start my battle against the bulge I bought Tom Venuto's BFFM, I enrolled at a martial arts studio and was on my way.

I have cleaned up my eating habits and although I'm not even close to most of you people I'm in the best shape of my life.

Over the next year I will be getting ready for my black-belt test and need to step up my strength and conditioning. That is what brought me here.

I spent last weekend digesting this website and was amazed at the great info without a bunch of flamers.

I received my Ironmag labs whey and CEE this past week and started on them thursday. Love the choc. whey. Could maybe cut back on the sweetener.

Thank you for the info and I hope I'll be able to contribute in some way.

Do I really have to post five times before I can see private messages?

I guess so lol
Wanna try now?

Welcome to the board. I'm 45 and due to serious kidney stone problems these past two years my attempts to get in shape have been constantly derailed.

I'm finally completely stone free and recuperated from my last surgery and am ready to get serious.

Hopefully my financial situation will improve soon so I can buy some decent supplements. At 45 I've discovered my body needs more assistance than it did when I was half this age.

Any suggestions on the best key supplements for someone my age would be greatly appreciated.

age

:pissed: You are correct!!! as you process in age it takes more of the necessary nutrients the stay vigorous. I had the same problem and had to redesign my diet to accompant thios change. It can be fought and won with the proper guidance and nurients. Also the exercise program will help tremendously along with the weights. When tyou get the timecheck out the website"GB Morphs" and just observe the physiques on that site Also you may consider taking a look at the stream I put together on"We Love Muscles". com thanks.

Thank you! I'll be checking those out. I'm still amazed that my body is so much different now than it was even just 10 years ago. The diet and excercise plan I used then doesn't work today...let alone with what I did in my 20s!
