Greetings I was recently banned from this site for this thread:

IronMagazine Bodybuilding Forum - discuss bodybuilding & fitness

I find it a travesty that, just because a mod is insecure about him posting the same thing 3 times I get banned for it. This is no way to run a board and is really wrong. I tried my best to contribute fun threads to the open chat board and make it a better place. Anyways I guess this is a sign of hows its run which is atrocious. He has had it out for me since I got here because he thinks I am Foreman when I am just a 25 year old kid from Maryland trying to get in shape. Well its bullshit but hey all of you should be careful I would just not respond to his threads.
