OK....I have too much time at work so yes, I will start threads that I otherwise wouldn't....If you don't like it get the hell outa heea...

Forgive me father for I have sinned......I started one of Lyle Mcdonalds diets last Sunday and I was freaking perfect untill I had my cheat meal on Friday...But due to the Ephedra I was taking, I wasn't even hungry or in the mood to eat, but i did anyway, needless to say the cheatmeal was a big failure and I decided to eat a big huge pizza on saturday, then the Ephedra started wearing off and Sunday I ate a shit load of sweet potatoes fries and popcorn crawfish.....It is so much easier when the Ephedra works but it has worn off...So im back on this diet and its much harder now...still IT SHAL WORK, 8 more week untill really hot summer hits, i think ill amke it by then...
 
its terrible dude!!! If that is you in the picture, then yeah, ofcourse it doesnt sound bad, but at 19% bodyfat and in april, it sound pretty sad...
 
This is why I don't crash diet for long term. Sooner or later, ephedra or not you want to eat a small child. Just think if you split those cheat calories over the days you were low low calorie how much nicer life would be.
 
yeah ur right....but fuckit, i made up my mind and no one said that our lifestyle is easy......BTW where do you wokrout ?
 
I lift at Golds. As for workout, that could be many things. I bike all around town and when the weather is nice I like to do cardio/interval training at parks/outdoors.
 
Sugarhouse golds?
 
I've worked out at about all of them. I normally goto West Jordan, or Sandy South, or Sandy North, or Van Winkle, or whatever I'm close by. I've been the the Sugarhouse one more then a few times.
 
I am on a 24hr Fast!!!. ...tonight I will have a decent dinner with enuf carbs and protein....
I also gave up meat and fish for the lent,....really craving for some steak....well few more days for easter.

Some Jazz Apples and a large raisin bagel. For lunch, I had a burrito.

Then again this is an off-week/deload and I'm purposefully eating more to promote recovery since I've been feeling kind of ragged lately.
