Is there another name for the cuban press that i can find in exrx.net? If there isnt do u ppl know if it works the laterals?


I really need an answer today cuz im working my shoulders tomorow.

the cuban press is an exercise that hits the rotators. here is a picture:

I do them with DBs. Start very light!

it si working the rotator cuff muscles of the shoulder. Primarily the external rotators (infraspinatus, teres minor) with this exercise. do it at the end of your workout for shoulder health.
