Here's a short promo vid I made for Elite Fitness using the Prowler 2 with the SWAT team I am preparing for an upcoming competition the end of this month:

YouTube Video

The Prowler is a great gizmo for all types of sled dragging or pushing, Lower body strength and endurance, and general conditioning. For more info, see the EliteFTS.com web site for more info

I will have a new series of training vids end of the month with these guys similar (but better!) to last years vids.

up the hill....that is brutal.

I wish that vid really showed just how steep that hill is. Must be 40-45 degree angle, which is why no weights are needed.

Wow, nice video. But it is only suitable for those who already have strong stamina. It's great but maybe not for me, yet.

Everything needs to be adjusted to the individual. Those guys have insane endurance and will work 'till they drop. However, the Prowler itself would be of benefit to anyone, beginners to advanced. I wouldn't start on a 45 degree hill however....:D

That looks like a fun way too train. Too bad the damn thing is so expensive.

Considering all the stuff you can do with it and how effective it is, I think it's a very good deal. Less money then a lot of gym equipment if you think about. Much less $$$, though less cool things you can do with it, would be a standard drag sled.

how heavy is the prowler 2 itself ????

Not sure. Might be listed on their web site. Feels like 1000lbs when you are 3/4 the way up that hill.
