an ab workout... doing one got to easy so i usually combine 2 if not all 3 videos.
well my ultimate goal is really to just have ripped abs..there not to bad right now, ive been doing these videos for some time now, and they've kept my stomach flat considering my college lifestyle diet...i just want to know what works best to get the greatest abs?..
These ab videos are going to do pretty close to nothing for your goals there. Muscular definition is almost entirely a product of body fat percentage. Obviously fat storage patterns also play a role. Honestly, doing the same exercises over and over without prorgression isn't going to do anything for muscular development either.
Furthermore, I haven't watched these videos, but almost all ab work I see in videos or traditional workouts uses nothing as far as progressive resistance, which is necessary if you want any kind of change in muscle development.
Spot reduction is not possible. That burning sensation you feel in your midsection when doing ab work is not indicative of fat stores being burned locally over top of the abdominal musculature. It is merely in an increase in acidity in the muscles that occurs as a secondary effect of anaerobic metabolism.
So in other words stick to the resistance training machines at the gym?
