i got a problem with my lower and middle chest area. i do bench press, incline, decline, incline flys,pec-deck and cross over flys. i bench over 100kgs but i cant get the square chest look. is it because i have to much body fat on the chest?

what can i do?

Man I miss the good old days where everyone would just give their honest opinions on this type of threads. chest implants is the quickest and safest way to go in your case. nuff said.

It could be for a million different reasons. The most obvious being a lack of genetic/anatomic potential to achieve the look you desire.

If your chest isnt growing perhaps you're doing too much chest work. Cut back, you're probably overtraining.

As for the shape, thats largely genetic. All you can do is grow and see what shape you have. Theres no way you can change that as it relies on your bone structure and the length of your tendons/ligaments.

i got a big build (6 foot 1 98kgs). and i do over train. on one in my gym trains as hard and as long. its slowly squaring up. so i may cut back on pressing and more flys.

But i bet a lot of people in there train smarter. If you know you're overtraining, replacing pressing with flys isn't going to help the situation. Cut back volume, intensity, frequency, duration, or a combination of those things.

Its not about how much punishment you can take in the gym before you leave, its about what results you get.
