Hello, I have been trolling these forums for awhile, decided to finally make a profile. So hello all and thanks for the info.
I have been doing a cutting plan and use dried spices which seem to have no calories/fat/etc, but do have sodium.
I was wondering if this has any impact on cutting if I stay within the recommended daily dose per the nutritional info on the package or if I am best of to skip on spices all together.
