Anabol 10mg-???

Is 10 weeks at 40 mg daily too long???? What could possibly happen??? Also will be adding Deca for 12 weeks Whats your opinion

Do you know how toxic dbol is to your liver? You don't take it for 10 weeks, 4-5 weeks 6 at the most. and were is your test in this.

Test C 500 wk 1-12
Deca 400 wk 1-12
dbol 40 to 50 mg ed 1-5 w/k


pct wk 15-18

D-bol was commonly prescribed for 6 weeks then 2 weeks off with another 6 week course. They did this to keep toxicity down and protect lipids. D-bol is a very good stack with Testosterone. Deca tends to lower sex drive so Testosterone would be my first choice.

How long ago was that heavy? 6w on 2w off 6w on with dbol or is this a recent study?

That was the original dosing guidlines so many decades ago. Probably 1960. They would prescribe 5-15mg daily.

I would have no problem with guys running 30mg D-bol daily for 6-8 weeks though.

Those bdol methods are from the ancient Arnold days. We now know better than to run it for 16 weeks at a time.

I don't think anyone in this thread recommends 16 weeks on an oral.

Completely unnecessary for a begginer. I've run d-bol at 50mg per day and noticed absolutely zero difference except increased water retention than I did at 30mg per day.

These days liver function blood testing is cheap so why not base your oral cycle length decisions on how well your body handles orals.
