Fruit while cutting

Do you generally keep it to an apple or strawberries to keep the calories down or it doesn't matter?

I am not one of those Nazi cutters who will cut out everything, no milk, no fruit sugars. I feel as along as the calories are where they need to be, then a moderate intake of fruits will be fine.

This is my philosophy. This allows me to stay consistent, and I still achieve results.

I agree, I still drink non fat milk and eat fruit. With that said fruit isn't very satisfying as far as filling me up, so i like to keep alot of my calories for protein/fat. The kiwi is low in calories, but high in potassium and vitamin C. So when I compare it to say a banana and a orange it's quite a bargain as far as calories are concerned. Strawberries seem like a good bargain as well.

I avoid it, except after a workout
