Just wondering what you guys up in your diet when you are trying to cut but get hungry? I've made some good progress but I think I've hit a wall. My diet consists of skinless chicken breasts, salmon and shrimp mostly and I have each meal with zuccinni or mushrooms. Over the last year or so I've gradually cut my portions to reduce calories to about 1500-1600 a day. I get just over a gram of protein per pound of weight and half of that for fat. Carbs are pretty low, around 50-75 a day. I haven't done a body fat calculation with calipers for awhile, but I'd guess I'm somewhere between 10 and 12%. Trying to get a little more defined but having trouble cutting my food intake lately. Wondering if I should just increase the zuccinni and mushrooms to "fill" myself up at the end of the night, since they are low in calories.
