check my cycle please

ok first cycle. 38 y/o 146lbs 5'6" 17%bf
just looking to add a little size with minimal water retention.
test only cycle wks 1-8 200 mg twice a week
wks 9-12 300mg twice a week
arimidex starting at .1
but please help on when to start clomid for example. after endind or just before ending?
i realize it is not very detailed but still setting it up

•For a first cycle, I wouldn't suggest anything under 10 weeks, 12 would be ideal.

You will get some extra water retention because of your 17% BF.
Start clomid 3 weeks after after last injection (if using long ester test) and use the adex all the way through. Don't forget some HCG.
Clomid: day one and two take 200mg, weeks 1-4 use 100/75/50/50.

clomid 2-3 weeks after last pin, get some hcg run it twice a week at 250ius. Clomid just start at 50mg no need to front load.

Good info until the clomid. 50 mg is too low at first and clomid should be tapered.

I won't even wait for you to take the bait. I think that is an incorrect statement. Clomid has a long half-life (possibly 5 days), so there is no need to split up doses throughout the day. If Sustanon has been used and Clomid is commenced 3 weeks after the last injection, I would estimate that androgen levels are low enough to start sending the correct signals(in which case you can run 50's the whole way through, but at 3 weeks you may start to lose gains). If androgen levels are still a little high (like with the typical 12 day wait on a multi ester), we need to start at a high enough amount that will work or help, even if androgen levels are still a little high. I would recommend taking 300mgs the first day.. then use 100mg for the next 10 days; followed by 50mg for 10 days. Or like VIC said above: 200mgs the first 2 days, followed by 100/75/50/50

Never said to not taper and i even quoted myself in this post. Im not a fan of over 50mg which is what i stated and then taper down to 25mg for the last week or two.

Good answer but 50mgs tapered to 25 is too low in my opinion, as stated above, androgens will be relatively high at the first week on most esters. Clomid taken when androgen levels in our blood are still high will be a waste. Unless you up the dose to atleast 100mgs the first week.
