Looking for increasing my numbers in both categories and as of lately I have been doing a combo of hang cleans w/ press on each rep. I do 5x5 increasing weight. Would separating the combination yield better gains?
5x5 hang cleans
followed by
5x5 of just presses(pulling them off the rack or just having to hang clean once to bring it up to the pressing position).
Or am I over thinking the whole process once again.
