to clen or not to clen

hi im in need of some good honest advice.
ive been training for a few years an have had some v v good gains in strength but i was v overweight an finding it hard to lose the belly an moobs even with a good 2 ok diet an cardio. but a guy in the gym told me try clen which he said would work wonders for me but im a bit unsure about it so any advice would be great. thanks lee
 
clen works very good, but it is short lived and you will just end up more depressed from the results....besides. clen has bad sides and you do not want to stress the heart anymore than you do from cycles and bad diets. Try an ECA stack, you can cycle it for a year if you wanted to...and the longer you use it, the better it works. IMHO I think next to diet....ECA is the strongest fat burner available.
 
Try it. It's pretty cheap and it works. It tightened me up pretty good in two weeks. But now I'm on an eca stack and I like it much better. But I have only been on a few days.

The shaking clen hands really pissed me off for the first week. Then I got used to it. Start with an eca stack first. IMHO
 
Clean up the diet, and I mean spotless. Start some ECA and maybe 50mcgs of T3.

What does your diet look like now? Cardio? Training? That would be a good place to start.
 
my diet is about 40% protein 30% carbs an 30% shit but thats down to working away from home and train 6-7 days a week where i do heavy weight training on 1 body part then 45mins cardio afterwards. dont like the sound of getting the shakes while at work

Then clen is not for you. Trust us and get strict on the diet and cardio then try an ECA stack.

Primatine or Bronkaid 25mg 3x per day
Caf. 200mg 3x per day
Baby asprin is optional.
 
Eat some adderall it is better than clen for weighloss all the moms are doing it!

Define this, I'm sure it's your problem.

Honestly, I've said it a thousand times, it works in this order:

1. DIET
2. Training
3. Cardio
4. Diet again
5. AAS

Without the diet being spot on you can forget about reaching your goals. Not trying to be a jerk, just telling you the reality of it all. I hope this helps.
