Alrite ive had this pain in my for arm for about a 2weeks hurts like
Hell cant curl anything hurts when i even drive you guys got
any idea what it could be and somthing to stop the pain i think
it could be a torn musle but not for sure

Why's this in the anabolic section? Is it related to injections or something?

Go see your doctor or go the the emergency room. If it hurts that bad for that long you should probably seek advice from someone medically trained.

Tendonitis. Ice the shit out of your elbow/forearm area. Also get one of those nifty tennis elbow straps for it.

its not bad after i work out just during

Fair enough. It don't sound like a lot to worry about then. No pain no gain. Maybe you can switch up some of your exercises to take the stress off your wrist tendons. I've torn a muscle and it hurts all the time - not just when working out.

You just said it's not that bad when you are not working out and now are changing your story. Try the ice and if it's swollen take some ibuprofen or something. Maybe take a break from working out a couple of weeks and if the problems persist see a doctor.

one thing that works for me is taking a lacrosse ball or a tennis ball or a golf ball and lay on wherever on your forearm the knot is located for about a minute or so or until pain subsides. (I used a golf ball because it is smaller and it is easier to get the trigger point). I also no longer have elbow aches on my right arm after doing this.

I like it that trigger point massaging works, has worked for every pain in my body so far except for when I sprained my ankle one time dancing (minor) and my chiropractor had to put it back in alignment (mine was an alignment issue and yes the pop was loud). it sucks that massaging does not work for sprains or strains though and to get things back in alignment without having to go to my chiro a half hour away (the only good one I know in southern california that wants to heal people and knows what hes doing)
