lol nice of you to ask well im living here in NJ and
75% sure im moving to NC within a few months and trying to gain some size
im currently 193lbs(checked this morning) and 6' 3"
goal is about 205lbs and improve the size of my shoulders and legs which are my weakest spots any advice on those?
