He improved it on the last set.

Can't believe I used to do them at a 90 degree angle.

So far I noticed Dorian has better form than most other professional lifters.

hes a 6x mr. o.. he should ;) i just dont like kai much

True, but dorian is very intelligent. He is a successful business owner and has always been smart with nutrition and training.

So true, I like the way he goes into detail on how to preform an exercise.
He's just telling us the basic way to do it, it's not like there's a secret to it.
He knows it and shares it while other BB keep stuff to themselves.

Are they doing Romanian deadlifts instead of regular deadlifts, i wonder why on a back day because RDL's are more leg dominant arent they?!

I bet he is really intimidating Yates, looks like he should play bad guys in films with all his attitude and size lol

Found this one, really funny when the black guy starts being sick at the end of the leg workout and Yates tells him to get up because "Your making the place look untidy" lol

Dorian owns them on form lol

The ending of this vid brings back some awesome memories. Good post!

Sorry to hijack your thread Min0 lee, but youve had me watching a load of Yates's vids on youtube now. Found it interested that in one of them he said he used the decline bench press as his major chest mass builder, hardly ever do the exercise myself.

I wonder if that was after he tore his pec, because flat bench can be tough on the shoulders. I have done decline once maybe twice, and thought it was ok but don't like how theres such a short ROM. You use your back a lot more it seems to. Who knows though.
