I've noticed that some fat burners claim to contain ephedra again.

Is this the same substance that was legal until about 2003? Can I expect it to have the same effects at the same dose?

That's right EPHEDRA... However what you want is EPHEDRINE.

It's like an energy drink containing coffee instead of Caffeine.
