I just don't think your using proper form.
Maybe I am wrong, but I am only doing this because I am honest and I care.
Keeping your upper arms motionless throughout your set, slowly curl the barbell backwards in a semi circle arc so the barbell comes down above your nose (hence the name).
Use triceps strength to curl the barbell back to the start position.
