ok correct me if im wrong but i am on week 8 of a eq 400 mg and 500 mg sust week cycle lasting 16 weeks im gaining muscle ive gained about 12 lbs while on cycle im 220 lbs 12% body fat 6/3 and im 22 i was thinkin about maintainning the muscle i have and trying to cut out the fat with a 2.5k to 3k and 250 to 300 gram protein diet but throwing anavar in at 50 mg a day from weeks 10 - 16 i want to keep the muscle mass but lose all fat maybe get my body fat down to 8% or if thats unrealistic 9 or 10 watever

Very posisible, thats 4 months to get your Self in check. I would bump the eq to 600mg a week, I hope you are throwing in some hcg... This is a fairly dry combo, you should def hit at least 10% even 9% is very possible...

You need to lose around 10 lbs of fat dude. That would be getting to 205lbs assuming you lose mostly fat and water.

what do you mean fairly dry

referring to eq, and anavar. Sus is pretty dry as well as , not a whole lot of water retention in these compounds. He actually has a pretty good combo, If he cant drop fat while on this, theres a problem...
Ive always had a dry look on anavar and eq. 3% bf drop is def possible, the dude has 4 months. If he dosent drop 3% bf then he shouldnt be even fucking with aas. This goal, is very obtainable.. Just my opinion.

Im in a little pickle with this right now. Not sure to get with anavar or winny to drop some bodyfat. Can you really say anavar is better with some sort of comparision fact?

Comparison fact? No. Experience? Yes.

I've used both on several occasions. For me, Anavar makes my strength go through the roof and peels my midsection. I also seem to keep the fat off after using Anavar.
I know a lot of people don't think it is a good "bang-for-the-buck" steroid. Maybe they are right. But it is for me. After the money is spent all I have to look forward to is the results I get from the products I have. Anavar is a drug of choice for me.

well i put the order in for the winstrol takin 50 mg ED weeks 10 - 16 anavar is to damn expensive maybe next cycle........................

50-65mg Winny/Day is cutting me up pretty nice. Never used var but I like the winny....except for the joint pain.
