Alpha male!!!

I,m used to feeling like an Aplha Male at the gym. Im extremely cool and polite to people at the gym as well as my personal life. I guess what Im saying is even though I feel like anAlpha Male while training, im not a douche bag or dick.
Anyways, Over the last two months Ive only been able two train a few times. This is due to minor injury followed by a 25 day flu. Ive lost 22lbs. I went back to my gym today, and a few people were like, Dam Bro, what the hell happened, Im not used to that. My strength has dropped drastically, and Ive lost my stamania and cardio. I could only train for about 20 min. My strength is still out the window. I attribute this mainly from my flu. I felt like a newbie today. This was a feeling Ive never experienced before.

I see dudes there, that I used to make look small. I cant lie it was pissing me off. If I was to give advice to a friend who was telling me this, I would tell him... Loook man, youve been sick, and not really eating, plus you took about two months off. I would say you will be back to normal no time soon, the break was actually beneficial to your joints and health, muscle has memory. dont sweat it just use this as a flame to really focus and get your self back on point....

Its hard to take your own advice... In a way it lit a fire under my ass. I guess everything happens for a reason....
Its kinda humbling when your eego checks its self!!!

If it were me, I would just hop on a 16 week cycle and prob be bigger than i was before all the unfortunateness.

Fucking anadrol/test while bulking...you'll gain the 22 lbs back easy in like 6 wks if you train hard and eat like a beastmaster.
 
or try the Saney diet and eat boxes of donuts and train with outdated sand filled weights in your mother's laundry room.

I was away from the iron for years. I started training again and went from a fat 185 lbs to a tighter 210 lbs in 20 weeks. Once you had it before it will come back and you haven't been away as long as i was.

It's just the mental aspect that sucks. Knowing where you were and where you are now. You'll come back fast, keep positive!

Thanks Guys, Yeah In the end Im sure the rest was needed. Im sure I will bounce back. Ive got a few kits in the fridge, so Im sure that will def help. I havent ran an aas cycle in a few years, Ime debating If I even want to to jump back on tha band wagon. My joint pain was so bad, a rest was def needed. Thankfully I was wise, and let my joints rest so they could heal. Im not out of shape looking, just fucking skinny as hell for my build.

I do gain really fast, I always have.. Once again, Thanks for replies.
