let me try this again with more info im 43 years old 5-9 185lbs in good shape could stand to lose 10lbs ive been lifting reg for last 3 years using pre and post workout supplement find myself hurting after workouts joints and muscle friend turned me on to a bottle of test did 1cc a week for 10 weeks small gains but found i didnt hurt after workout thinking of doing a cycle sustanon with tren e and masteron need advice on what to take to counter any sides i read first cycle posted on this forum good info not good with all the acronyms doing more reserch iguess what im looking for is a clear cycle lay out what to take from the list above what not to take how much and for how long and where do u get the side afficts counter measures i have the sus the tren and masteron but dont want to just start putting them in to my body with out proper knoledge thanks for your help
