In spite of whether your purpose is to burn fats or build up muscles and gain definition, I bet that you have also completed research and find out that diet plays an important role to succeed in your bodybuilding plans.

I just wanna ask, what is far better between avocado and peanut butter as they are both good source of fats. Can anybody here give some insights regarding this matter because I am currently including avocado fruit in my diet. Thanks in advance.

From what i read, and use in my diets, I mix avocado, natty pb, and almonds into my meals. Mostly deciding which one fits into my meal plan for the day. All good choices.

They both have monounsaturated fat so they're both good for you about the same.

Both are both good source of fat. But I'd say avocado is better as it is not processed like peanut butter.

I personally dont enjoy almonds but im a big fan of flax and PB. I agree with some of the bros above. Either way its good choices and variety is important to help you stay on track. The same old gets real old
