problems at uncle z?

TOUCHDOWN FOR UNCLE Z.....THE EAGLE HAS LANDED!!!! Great communication, supplied tracking info, and delivered on time to my door. I'm a very happy first time purchaser of any gear from anyone and I'm happy I read so much on these boards to select Z. You got my back....now I got your back. Peace!!!!!

Oh yes - I do remember my first order arriving ... "game on - now were rock'n!" :)

And I tell ya what - Z's a good man - he's been a big help from the very first order.

I always try and pop into his threads to give a hand - it wasn't too long ago when I was the new guy reading the reviews - wondering what to do.

Every once in a while I get pm's asking me what line or product is best - which is very cool I'm alway happy to give a hand ... But everything I've tried has been spot on good - I can't say one is better than the other ... "they are all great!"

Keep us posted on how your doing ... "have fun!" :)

Same here z products and hard work made me who I 'am today.I don't have to question anything he put's out because I know it's all 100%
 
I put a order in sent $ and they picked it up same day....got email that they were shipping right out....when I go online to track it the status till says order received....doesn't say money picked up or shipped....do they ever update your order on website...

i put my first order in with unclez on feb 7 and the status was changed to payment received (order processing) on feb 11. then on feb 27 it was changed to sent and gave me a tracking number. however the tracking on usps.com said that the package hasnt even been sent out yet. its been 23 days now and i was just wondering if anyone else was having similar problems and could help me out. thanks

usps problem not z that happened to me once my tracking said order prepareing to leave sender for two weeks product just showed up:winkfinger:

Hi Z,

They do this with tracking as a way to let the sender know when the receiver should have received the product.

It does help to let the receiver at least see that the product "is" in motion...

But your right - there's really nothing you can do about it.

Just an FYI :)

im trying to patient!!!! i put my order in on the 23rd and here it is 10 days later and still no updates on MG Pickup or it being Shipped. the only comunication from Z's team was about me needing to change Names of MG pickup person. i put in a ticket and have just sent another email asking whats taking so long with the MG pickup now and the processing.
is this the normal practice at uncle Z's and can anyone on here help me out???

Doubtful he got banned . More than likely he received his DVDs and we never hear about that. Z takes care of EVERYTHING.What makes me wonder is when someone drags an old post up to the top and only has a few posts ? Z is golden in service and quality.

I posted because I was referred by someone to his sight so I have been researching. I find a lot of enthusiastic clients, and some that are not happy. I understand in business it is hard to make everyone happy, and some people are going to have complaints. I do find a few things peculiar though. Lots of positives come from members who have recently joined, and when someone complains you very rarely hear if they were G2G and got it worked out. I also understand people are quick to posts negatives and slow to post follow up, especially if they got it resolved. Even the newspapers bury their mistakes on the back pages.

With that said, I think I will place a small order soon and see how it goes. If nothing else Ill know for sure one way or the other, and I can return to this thread and post my update.

So- they come here to Z- get great service and products and spread the word. When someone gets scammed- it also travels faster than the positive. Thanks again for clarification

Yes this is exactly how I placed my first order.

I found most people were huge fans of Z - and the ones who were not - were either bull shit posts from people who were trying to discredit Z - or people who didn't understand all they needed to do - is contact Z and he would take care of them.

The bottom line was - I've seen Z do everything he can to make sure his customers are happy - and that he is clearly - a true gentleman with solid integrity.

Now seven orders later ... "I will not go anywhere els."

I'm sure you'll see I'm a huge fan of Z - and you can bet - I would not post my enthusiasm about Z and his products - if I thought others would not feel the exact same way once they gave him a try.

You're in good hands with the Uncle - I'll put my reputation in front of him - and his business ... "any day of the week - for sure." :)

I look forward to seeing your results. :D
 
Yup, I'm "hooked" on Z too. Past experiecen was a a success and only a matter of time before I need to re-stock. Thanks Z.
 
damn! i'm loving the raging reviews about Z. I HONESTLY can't wait 'til it comes, never felt this excited in YEARS. I feel like a little kid again waiting to go to the amusement park :daydream:

I tried to PM UZ but i need 50 post or more to PM him. can i put my order # on here? it wont mean anything to anyone but UZ, but i wanted to make sure before i did. then UZ can pm me or email me when he see's who i am.

and for the rest of You all im not trying to discredit anyone. i have done what i can as far as contacting Uncle Z's team b4 saying anything on here. if the gear is g2g or not i will post about it all specailly about the customer service cause thats a real big deal to me. look me up on Boigen and Euroking's forums. these are the other 2 that i have treid on here.
bottom line is i post what and how things go for me good or bad. i am man my word. I will tell you all this i will never use boigen again and when you look me up on there you will see WHY. EK has been good to me so far Naps too. Now im trying Uz's out and you all see what happen so far, my hopes are He is the Man you all say he is and come THRU, if so im sold and i love the products he has, i have tried most of them from other suppliers over the past 17 yrs.
I will keep you all posted as it happens in the way it happens
Again Thanks Uncle Z and everyone for your support and input, i cant wait to get this resolved and moving FORWARD!!!!
