The Goal: The Most Dramatic Body Transformation:

How do you win? Easy! We're looking for the most dramatic body transformation in 12 weeks. There are no categories (ie. men, women, muscle building etc), just an overall winner and four runner ups. You have 12 weeks to transform your body and show our members just what can be done with planning and hard work. Strip away fat, pack on muscle, or do both! It doesn???t matter what your physique transformation goals are, as long as you can present stunning before and after photos of your amazing progress!

How it Works:

1. You can enter anytime between April 4th and April 15th of 2011.
2. The contest will end on July 15th of 2011.
3. Create a Transformation Challenge thread in the Challenge Forum.
4. Your beginning photos will need to be emailed to challenge@ironmaglabs.com and we will edit them into your 1st post.
5. Your first post must contain your height, weight, goal and any other info that you would like us to know about you.
6. We HIGHLY encourage daily posting in your journal of what is happening with your diet and training.
7. Between May 27th and June 3rd, we would like you to email us progress photos that we will post in your journal.
8. At the end of the 12 week period, email your photos to us by July 18th.
9. You must be over the age of 18 at time of entry.

ALL INFO IS HERE!

:flex:

On it boss. Thanks again, for putting all this together. I am very excite!:mooh:

My transformation from when I first joined this website is amazing but if I were to post pictures today in comparison to pictures a couple months from now, the difference won't be as great.

Basically put, how are you going to prevent people from cheating? I'm seriously considering creating a new login name and sending in pictures from five years ago in comparison to now.

But at the same time, is it really cheating? I mean, otherwise, I have no chance at winning the contest...

Hmm.

as soon as they are approved and you start your journal thread.

we are here to support each other, don't worry about how your starting pics look, its the after pics that matter!

you actually have a benefit if you're not in the best of shape right now, that just gives you that much more room for improvement and a better chance at winning!

i know, i was thinking the fat bastard part might be a benefit.

my mom has been very ill and wants me to come help her at her place the week of the 15th. i won't have access to a computer for 4 days to a week. can i update my journal for that week when i get back?

Tess is interested in joining too so we will be taking each others pics soon and have them emailed by the 14th.

yes, that is fine!

Are you guys looking through them all and then editing them in at one time or something? I seem to be the only member who has their before pics edited in to the first post. I don't mind winning by default, but it takes the fun out of it.

If this is a success, you gonna run it again next year? My shoulder surgery is in exactly one month. That'll give me 11 months to heal up and be ready to become the new/old ALBOB.....instead of the old/old ALBOB? :hmmm:

Yes we will, however I am a bit disappointed at the number of competitors so far, I was hoping for a lot more.

NICE POST (Just trying to get my post count to 50 so I can PM... SORRY!)
