Is it the actual nipple that gets sore? and dose it happen to both nipples? I have a little soreness but its about half a inch to a inch above the nipple, kind of feels like an ingrown hair would. and I didnt notice it until my wife was rubbing my chest. :winkfinger:

im on 8th week of test 250 2xweek kick started by dbol first 4 weeks. Started with adex and switched to aromasin. the aromasin was killing my sex drive so I went back to adex. I originally switched because I thought I was feeling itchy but I think it was cause I was shaving my chest.

Sometimes the nipple itself will feel sort of "itchy". But the actual tenderness and growth happens below (directly underneath, not towards the belly button) the nipple. Look in the mirror and see if you have some puffiness, and sort of squeeze the area because you will feel a small lump underneath the nipple. If you're really worried I would start taking 10mg of nolva ED for a while. Nolva prevents breast tissue growth at very low levels and will have less side effects than say 30-40.

lol....
I can only speek for myself but my right nipple is always more sensitive then my left. = usually gyno will start on one side of the pecs bro. it dont give you bitch tits evenly, lol
and no, its not always the nipple, usually it is the area right below or above the nipple...

Doesnt necessarily sound like gyno to me, but better safe then sorry. I would go the nolva or toremifene route instead of an AI(should have low dosed one in the first place, now the dose would be counter productive at really high doses) that will further jack your lipids (btw nolva and especially toremifene are great for the lipids).

doesnt seem more puffy, it feels kinda like a bruise when I press about an inch above my nip. dont feel any lumps at all.

is it better to hold off on nolva a day or three to see if im just freaking out a bit? maybe the feeling will go away......only feel it when I press on the area btw. like i said I didnt even notice it until my wife was fondling me.

I have gyno, I knew from day one it was coming on bro... No question necessary, it's a very unique, in the nipple, sensation.

It sounds to me like you hit it on something bruising it or tore a section working out.

Either way I would just use some very low dose "gyno insurance" AI to make sure you don't really get anything n put your mind at ease.

I had it since puberty and never felt it unless I pressed on it. When it was sensitive it was a very obvious feeling. It doesn't really sound like gyno since you say it is above the nip, but personally I'd take like 10mg nolva for the next few days just to be sure. Gyno is not a good look...

for me...it started in my right nipple first about 4 years ago. it never got itchy. just a little growth that if i push on it it just hurts. pain is similar to pushing on a existing bruise.

now... 4 years later. it has gotten larger, more painful and it has started in my left nipple too. same growth and pain.

it is still not noticeable though. not like the pics that you see on the internet.

i'm currently gathering info on surgery. not sure when i'm going to have it done but it is in my future.

a few weeks ago my son jumped on me on the couch, elbow to my chest. if this lump wasn't there it would not have been an issue however he landed right on the growth and put me on the floor crying for my mommy.

I swear my shit is spreading and my bottle of Exem will be gone in a few more days :( Maybe I also could start the nolva EOD...

Sorry to butt in, but it all sounds like great advice

Definitely start the nolva, only 5-10mg though. I used letro once (off cycle) to get rid of what little gyno I have and it did work somewhat, but it took a long time and still barely decreased it. I'm running my first cycle of test E 500mg and 20mg dbol, with low dose nolva for the past week and it seems to have decreased more than almost 2 months of letro. I looked up a few studies that said even 5mg of tamoxifen reduced breast growth almost as much as 20-30mg. I've also tried transdermal formestane directly on the nips, and that didn't come close to what the nolva is doing. Topical formestane was reccomended by the guy who owns "need2buildmuscle" because it lowers estrogen and supposedly applying an androgenic substance directly to the breast also helps with gyno. Didn't do much for me though.

so you could actually feel lump or something out of the ordinary? I mean besides the pain.....

Yes there is a definite lump under the nipple. Problem is when it first starts it may be pretty soft and feel more like fat. Mine is pretty solid and easily recognizable. If you use two fingers to push on the nipple and move lightly in circles you will at the very least feel some tissue that is separate from the rest. It may not be hard yet but it will feel like it moves with the nipple and separately from the muscle/fat. Also squeezing both sides of the nipple and trying to go under the tissue will make it obvious that its something other than fat.

if one is to run arimidex .5mg eod can you run nolva at like 5mg ed with it for the remainder of your cycle to prevent gyno?

I used e form, one of the first topical formastanes brought to market, it didn't do jack shit for thg gyno superdrol was causing... Here's the thing, superdrol doesnt aromatize, thus an ai didn't do crap.

If your getting gyno from estrogen that's being released from shbg (as is the case with sd since its binding affinity is much greater for shbg then typical hormones) or something like anadrol that can directly stimulate the ER then your only choice to stop it is to do so directly at the estrogen receptor with a SERM.

I think nolva is aaaaaalriiiiiiight and will get the job done but every single head to head study I've read between toremifene and tamoxifen show torem reduced growth more quickly and a greater total amount as well as had less liver toxicity and better rates of improving cholesterol/lipid profiles. I would chose it every time over tamox given studies alone but my own personal experience also leads me to believe it did better and more enjoyable job then even a clomid/nolva combo through pct....

I would def suggest everyone get to know their compounds they are using before they begin and get the proper ancillaries on hand to cover the different methods of action they might have.... If an AI isn't doing the job treat the source....

One last thing.... Neither an AI or a serm is always necessary (not talking about prolactin which is a whole diff animal)... One could really just adjust their cycle to include a strong DHT converting or mimicing compound. This would support libido, where AI's would drop it, and block estrogen at the receptor site. So unless your prone to mpb or don't care bout going bald this is def the route I'd choose on cycle every time instead of fighting a battle with competing estrogens (which all serms are).

No one person is always the same though so you can't always expect what works for someone else will work for you, just get to know your body and the compounds your putting into it.

Mine was always a notable lump. Started bb size with itching, then pea size with pain when touched.... Fought it for a long t time keeping it down while bf levels were low but then had a divorce didn't work out for a year and abused alcohol, caffeine and herb which can make it more difficult for your liver to filter out excess estrogen. bf levels rose, growth grew to the size of a flattened golf ball and is sometimes painful without even having anything touch it and excruciating at times with the slightest bump....

Either way I think most should have a notable lump before they consider drastic measures... But simple puffiness and itching can be multiple things.... Including the onset of gyno but it's fully reversible and nothing to shit your pants about.

sure can. in my left nipple it feels like a small glob more towards the side to the armpit area. can't really explain it. not really hard but it's there. it's also more flat than round. swtarted out pe size and got larger throught the years.

on my right nipple, no growth...just fuckin pain right behind the nipple.

According to medical professionals, no you can't really ever get rid of gyno completely without surgery. Letro might help, and it helped a bit for me, but it is still there. If you go this route make absolutely sure you use a serm for a while afterwards because the estrogen rebound from letro will make it come right back, which is exactly what happened to me. Also the earlier you catch it supposedly the more effect you can have on it, it starts to grow tissue (I believe made of collagen?) which will make it much harder to get rid of.

Not that I believe everything I read but this link provided above says it is 100% reversable

i used to... stopped working after a while. i'm gonna try another therapy shortly. doing mnore research before i do. see i believe that mine was a result from both estrogen and progesterone sides.

i remember when i frist felt it about 4 or 5 years ago, i started letro/nolva therapy immediately and zapped the shit out of it fast. then it just got harder and harder to zap.

looking into a bromo/letro therapy or maybe dostinex/letro. still researching tho.
