I've been been bulking for about 2 months now. I've gain about 8 to 10 pounds. I have good energy when I go to the gym and lift weights. My bench has gone up about 20 pounds and all my other exercises too. My problem is that I'm more sore, more tired (sleep a few hours more) and I'm not in the mood to do that much cardio. Is this a normal thing when bulking?

If you're loading a lot of carbs you might be experiencing that rush / crash. I tend to just want to take a nap after a big fat spaghetti dinner. Maybe take a look at your carb intake & when you are loading them. Play w/ the amount of carbs e.g. before a workout to see if you can reduce to an amount that provides enough for energy but not enough to send you off on a nap. Also if you're pounding carbs at a time when you're just sitting, I imagine that would prompt ideas of snoozing as well.

80 percent of my diet is clean but 20 percent is not. I try not to eat anything fried. It's just hard to take in 6 meals a day when trying to hit 3.5k calories a day. A lot of the time, I would eat nuts because I found feel bloated. When I do eat chocolate, I really over do it but that's twice a week.

Its pretty easy to get 3500cals clean.
Milk in oatmeal(extra 150cals)whole eggs, avocadoas, olive oil in salad, home made gainer shake, ect. all alot better then choc.

This is great advice, but sassy, please bring back the old avatar!

Double that 3500 and feel my pain. Add good fats for the caloric density, larger portions of red meats and good carbs. Bulking means eating, A LOT!!
