I have to say - I'm still making BIG gains every week - and these last workouts have made some big gains in lifts - STUFFS GETTING LIGHTER!

Keep us posted OMEGA - I'm looking forward to your feedback buddy! :)

oh Im not a heavy lifter what i specialize in is body augmentation

so for example i can make someone change in what they want to look like


i do muy thai now for my own training and am very good at it so I guess id be a buff version of one of those cats when I am done

I can kick through a wall i know that........

the kid I am going to train will look like an Early Mike Menzter when done for sure

Hmmmm.......I wanna spar. Both of us will shoot 200mgs of suspension 4 hours prior to the event and spar to the death! I like to kickbox. I wont claim to be good but it is a hobby that I do enjoy.

Thai kick boxing is the most versatile imho for both close and distant contact fighting

if the person has any true power physically they will fuck shit up more trhen any other fighter.........

I love Mike Mentzer - and have made the biggest gains following his training theory.

People would swear I was on gear when I was 100% natural and it was all based in Mikes high intensity training!

Mike and Dorian Yates were my biggest inspiration for many years.

Kick boxing is cool OMEGA - I'm looking forward to your feedback. :)
