Well.. I don't mean to be a negative nancy, but according to a ticket reponse received by another distraught customer from napsgear customer service, (yes, I spend the majority of the day researching this dilemma) the shipping issue is still being worked on. I don't mean to be assuming anything and apologize if I sound like I am... but it seems that there is some miscommunication occuring and I was hoping to get some clarification.
Is the problem resolved? or isn't it? Again I apologize if I sound demanding, please understand that I am coming from a place of deep concern and not anger or malice.
