The best videos on the sport ever. If you watch these and don't get fired up to hit the gym, find a new sport. I'm gonna train like a fucking beast tomorrow!!!

Damn, look at Jason Huh holding at the bottom of that squat. That motivated me to do a squat hold for 5 seconds at the end. My quads are screaming, I don't think all be dong those every week.
 
Zhani was the first bodybuilding channel I subscribed to, GREAT VIDS!!
 
Sooo Happy I just found this thread. Probably the best bodybuilding mini clips out there! Zhasni is great!
