Make a complaint. I'll be honest. I don't normally put my business out there in too much detail, but I've got an order I've been waiting on since June 1st. A little over $400. You better believe I've been in contact with their reps.

Should I be in here adding to the bitch-fest like you worthless ass ngrs? Why? What possible good would it do? It won't accomplish anything at all. I'd rather be the cool bro that's nice to the reps. You don't think that gets me any special treatment? A few "extras" in my reship or my next order? Maybe you dipshits should try a little diplomacy (I love irony).

I believe that one day I will get my order...and possibly even a duplicate (it's happened before!). I've been dealing with naps long enough to have that trust in them though. Naps probably plans on actually fulfilling the orders. As you see, the reps are still here, they're providing updates (however slow) and naps is still a sponsor. They could just disappear overnight, close down the website, and stop communicating with the reps if they wanted to and just take the money (opening under another name a few months later). That obviously hasn't happened yet, so my bet is that they're still around and trying to come through. Just some common sense/logic.

But from their side, they still got all these packs sitting hostage at a post hub. They've paid ransom already, and the "kidnappers" are demanding more. If they tell the PO employees to fuck off now...what would happen? Would packs get turned over to authorities? Would naps be busted and shut down? I'm sure they've looked at it from different angles. They probably figured this was still the best way to go (the way they're doing it - trying to get packs released by paying the ransom).
