Ok, today begins detoxification. Upcoming orals means organ and lipid stress. I already use Advanced Cycle Support and stay well hydrated but I like a little extra protection so I'm going to the store to buy Liv 52 and pure organic cranberry juice. The benefits of both are outstanding. Liv 52 has hundreds of trials backing it up and Cranberries have long been known to be extremely high in anti-oxidants that are kidney, liver and heart healthy.

Good shit bro.. and Liv52 is golden, sure you already know that lol Bump

Lovin the 'step by step' flavour of your log Heavy, keep it up. :winkfinger:

The majority of physicians and other health professionals believe there is a clear association between a diet high in fruits and vegetables and a low risk of chronic disease. Phytonutrients (naturally derived plant compounds), particularly antioxidants, are increasingly being shown to help optimize human health.

Cranberries contain proanthocyanidins (PACs) that can prevent the adhesion of certain of bacteria, including E. coli, associated with urinary tract infections to the urinary tract wall. The anti-adhesion properties of cranberry may also inhibit the bacteria associated with gum disease and stomach ulcers.

Recent scientific research shows that cranberries and cranberry products contain significant amounts of antioxidants and other phytonutrients that may help protect against heart disease, cancer and other diseases.

The adjoining pages highlight the health and nutrition research that has been conducted on cranberries and cranberry products.

I have been doing a shit ton of research on micro nutrients. Cranberries are bad ass. I cant eat or juice them because they are too tart. I opt out for some blueberries instead. You should check into wheat grass. Stuff is supposed to be like the Jesus veggy.

Or you can put cranberry juice in your vodka.........either way's fine

yummmmm

I'm pretty out of shape from a cardiovascular standpoint so my heart rate raises easily right now. I will monitor heart rate and target 140 BPM once I get more conditioned in a few weeks. During the load my heart rate should hit 150 BPM. I have a programmable commercial elliptical with an interval feature that I can set load and rest levels. Right now load is a 6 and rest is a 5. In a few weeks I will have to increase those and continue doing so through the whole challenge. It will be progressively more sessions and harder cardio as time passes.

Basically, carbs/cals will lower at the end of the challenge and cardio increases so my body cannot adapt to the changes.

Smart move- lots of guys that are building muscle- neglect cardio-and IMO - cardio- duaration- load etc is crucial. Very nice-Thanks-OD

Good point OrDawg.. your heart health is everything
