1. Lat Pull Downs Palms Facing Each Other 4x10 reps
lbs=160/200/230/250
2.Lat Pull Down Wide Grip Palms Forward 3x10 reps
lbs=130/160/200
3. Seated Pulley Rows 4x10 reps
lbs=160/200/220/240
4.T bar (no chest support) 4x10 reps, 45LB Plates 3/4/5/5
5.T bar (with chest support) rev Grip 4x 8-10, 45lb plates 2/3/3/4/
6. Dead lifts 3x8-10 reps 45lb plates each side 1/2/3
My quads a little sore today at the injection spot, but its a good sore if you guys know what i mean lol...
This was one of the best work outs I'v had in a long time, I felt like a monster, other people in the gym were tripping out on me. i was drenched with sweat and had an amazing pump, i think its the D-bol, fuck ya this is GREAT!!!

D-bol and Prop was obviously working for me tonight. I freaking love D-bol. The stuff just keeps making you stronger and gives me HUGE endurance on the sets. I can't wait for the next few weeks.
