Substitute products

Quick question,

If Naps can send me pct products of a different brand than I ordered (GP) then WHY THE HELL CAN THEY NOT SEND ME GENSHI BRAND FOR THE TEST AND DECA I HAVE MIA!!!

Or is there a reason they cannot do that?

imagine they could but most likely wouldnt, but what happened to the original orders still stuck in hub? Whatever happened to GP products? No they wont substitue your gear just my opinion but who knows.... sorry bro...

My guess is because your original order did ship, just got held up. And that original package is still on the way. They never really had a chance to swap.

Genshi is not owned by naps, your asking a different lab to pay for the goods of another labs customers, Genshi ships from a completely different location, they are a different company and are only using naps website for orders pretty much. So you wont get genshi goods to replace gp's I'd assume, pretty logical to me though.

I received 1.5 of 2 orders so I really don't hold a grudge for the Test/Deca being MIA. If it comes, I'll definitely consider using Naps again.

However they need to show some effort. From the day I could ask for a tracking number I was given only one. When I asked about the other they said the one I had was the only one on record. After I received my gear I asked again, they had no # give.

Moral of the story, my Test and Deca never shipped at all. I'm 95% certain of it. They could make things right and send me the other brand like they did with my PCT. I'd be a happy camper b/c I NEED what I ordered to add onto my cycle starting the 19th.

so long as it's g2g, otherwise it is nothing too, but I really doubt naps will start selling bunk shit...

but I have to agree with BMW it has happened before with other sources that are still around and as big or bigger now than they ever were, so I'd have to say anyone wishing they would just go down in flames is wasting everyone's time.

You still believe they shipped orders man? Get a grip, nothing has been shipped since june, maybe longer than that. That whole story at the hub or post office was a lie they told to try to cover their asses. GP is no more, thats why no one has gotten shit. Nobodies missing orders were ever shipped to begin with.

No there was never a tracking number for the test/deca half of the order. Only the PCT that arrived.

Yeah I'm the guy who received one of them. I've received 1.5 orders from Naps so I'm in tune with the situation.

They couldn't give me a tracking # for the second half of my order b/c there was never one and they lied to me the entire time. I'm grateful for the complete cycle I've already received (lower dosages than liked) but do not appreciate being lied to.

I ordered GP serms and they sent me another brand. They could do the same with what the brands they've opened back up with (another lie) but there's some reason they won't do that and I want to know why.

I wish Naps would get their shit together more than anybody, I love their site. However some of you are in complete fucking denial about the company decision to wrong customers.
