I've been cutting on 250mg of test-E for 8 weeks now. Before the cycle I never did a cut in my life (did 1 long bulk for 2 years) & weighed in @ 210lbs & right now i'm at 194. Before this cycle i did a 9 week bulking cycle of Test-E @ 500mg.
for the past 3 weeks i've been slacking & only went to the gym 4 times & i've only been eating @ the most 130grams of protein a day. around 2000 calories a day. reason for slacking is because of college.. just started my first year & it's alot harder than i expected.
& even though i haven't been eating/training right I've still managed to lose 9 pounds while retaining most of my muscle. Biceps were 16 inches 3 weeks ago & they still are, & from the looks of it .. i look bigger..my face looks skinnier, my waist is smaller & I could even also see the outline of my 6 pack. I just went to the gym today & checked to see if i retained my strength on the big 4 (bench,squat,deads,military) & i did.. I even managed to add 5 lbs on my squat.
well..my question is.. is 250mg of Test always THIS effective?? or does it have anything to do with my genetics?
