I plan on running the DMZ as follows..
(4 weeks.)
-2 caps DMZ, 12 hours apart. ED (May up to 3 ED the 4th week if my body can handle it.)
-E-Control (To be safe. I had a Gyno issue when I was younger.)
-Advanced Cycle Support
-Joint Support
-Maca Powder
(4 weeks. PCT)
-E-Control
-Advance Cycle Support
-Clomid ED 50mg 2cc's/ml's
-***Nolva on hand in case Gyno Flares up***-
I am doing an Oral only Cycle as my first step to those of you who recommended injectables. If I can pass my natural plateau with this Cycle and my body can handle it so be it. If I enjoy it, maybe i'll run some Test E with my next cycle of DMZ.
Will post my diet (clean bulk) other supplements included.
Also will post my training. More so size/strength related. Powerlifting movements etc. 3 days on 1 off 3 on 1 off. (Chest/Tris/Abs..Back/Bis/Abs..Legs/Shoulders..off..repeat...)
Cardio (Repeated)
Day 1 -- (run 2 miles)
Day 2 -- (one walk up 15inch incline..mile two run 0inch incline)
Day 3 -- (run 1 mile)
Day 4 -- off
Repeat
