Any views on it?
Anybody have any kind of preference for proteins on a "cutting" stage? That doesn't taste like pure ass?

dont buy into all these stupid names and "blends"
straight Whey protein, DONE!
Iso-whey even better.

i like a few places. trueprotein, feelitnutrition, NTBM, nutraplanet thes places all have good products.

What do you guys think of MTS? Seems pretty promising, and have heard nothing but great reviews (the ones I saw at least) $42 not bad for 5lbs

Over three years ago, I decided to try a small jug of Myofusion protein I saw on sale. I was, am, and belive I always will be lol Hooked. It just taste to dang good, and you can get the 4 or 5lb can't remember for sure off Orbit for a good deal. I actually compared the price to GNC and was over $30 difference. Then MP Combat is good as well and taste amazing.

Nitro Core is good blended protein

MyoFusion is probably the best tasting proteins I have ever had, and it works great. But it is a little more expensive compared to other protein powders.

For cutting: Lean fish and grilled skinless chicken breast.

This assumes a low fat diet which I am not an advocate of. I am cutting now and only have 3 low fat days per week and 4 high protein, moderate fat days (close to keto but lower total cals). Careful with going too low fat, there are as many bad things about that as there are too much fat in the presence of too many carbs (ie an environment that will put on fat mass and cause other negative health issues).

Not trying to hijack a thread here, but can you share a little more re: your diet. I am just starting a cut phase myself and would really like to hear more. Trying to learn from other tried and true approach. PM me if that is cool or direct me to another thread you may have provided. Thanks!

Any one tried any syntrax nector series? Carribean cooler sounds good but wonder if it is?

i always stick with optimum whey 100%. whether cutting or bulking. its pretty low cal, not sweet and a taste that you dont really get sick of, and i have tried dozens of other protein brands and i get nausea after a week or two. chocolate or double chocolate. strawberry and vanilla kinda suck.
